I have been working with Heather since 2013. I can honestly say that Heather is life-changing. As a mother with two young kids, I found myself overweight, exhausted and emotionally at a low point. I started training with Heather simply to get moving again. A few months after I picked up momentum, I decided it was time to get more serious about getting the extra weight off.

 Heather created a program for me and I've been faithful. As a result of listening and following her direction (training 3 times a week, homework 2-3 time a week on my own, tracking most calories and wearing my heart rate monitor), I've lost approx 6% body fat, 18lbs and over 16" in less than 4 months. Heather is an awesome trainer. She makes sure you are working to your maximum potential based on past training sessions and heart rate monitoring. She motivates you through each workout and makes sure your technique is correct so that you are working the correct muscle group and not risking injury. Heather provides advice on nutrition and exercise to supplement your workouts.

Periodically, she will measure weight and body fat to make sure you are achieving your goals. Heather will show you how to track nutrition and exercise using my fitness pal apps and monitors them to give you props when you are eating right and logging exercise. Great motivator, tech savvy, challenging and fun workouts.

As I got older, I started having a few minor health issues after neglecting my diet and fitness for many years. I decided to change my bad habits and get in better shape. As a result, I started training with Heather in June 2015. I couldn't have picked anyone better. Heather is an expert at what she does. She does a great job at both educating and motivating me with my fitness.

She pushes me to exceed my expectations of myself. As a result, I've lost over 40 lbs in the 6 months I've been training with Heather. I could never have done it without her help! I recommend Heather to everyone I know and now my wife and I both work with her.

I first began working with Heather at a local gym when she lead a fitness class I took. I always looked forward to the early morning workouts and always left drenched in sweat! I’d been doing so-so on my own with diet and exercise but still felt I was off somehow. I have had IBS since birth so it makes nutrition even more important, and weight loss harder to obtain. Heather is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable. She gave positive feedback on what I was already doing right, and very encouraging. 

Every change she recommended she could explain why and answered my endless questions. I have been making modifications the last 10 days and I can’t believe how much better I feel in such a short time. For the first time in my history of “dieting” I feel totally satisfied and have no desire at all for anything I shouldn’t eat, nor do I want more than I should have. Symptoms of IBS have abated, my calorie intake was cut by about 500 calories purely by following her guidelines, yet I feel more fulfilled and satisfied on the lower calorie count than I had before! Sometimes I have to force myself to eat another snack just to reach the minimal caloric intake for the day. Heather is the instructor at my group fitness class. Although the class size is around 10 to 15 people, I always feel she pays close attention to how everybody is doing. She encourages people to challenge themselves and shows them how. Heather is an amazing trainer! In January 2016, a friend recommended I reach out to Heather for some training sessions. I am addicted now and STILL working with her.
