Refreshing Chia Drink Drink for Cravings

I love this drink, especially in the Summer. If you're feeling extra hungry, try this to curb your appetite.


1/2 cup Purified water

1/2 cup Coconut Water

1 Tbsp Chia seeds

2 Tbsp Fruit Juice, eg pineapple or blueberry

1/2 Juice of lime

Preparation Steps

1. Soaked Chia seeds and coconut water for 15 minutes in the blender

2. Add fruit juices and blend quickly


Good about half hour before work out or to prevent an afternoon slump
