ABs!

Complete 1 minute of each exercise

Complete 3 - 4 rounds of each circuit

Rest 30 seconds between each round

Total of 15 - 20 minute abs

1. Leg raises - lay on back, arms under lower back & hips, legs extended

out & hovering few inches off ground. Tuck knees in towards face and extend legs straight up, lifting hips off the ground, reverse & repeat.

2. Cross over crunches - 1 minute each side

3. Full sit ups

4. In & Outs
