Paper plate knee tuck ins - 30 sec

Tricp dips - 30 seconds

Rest - 30 seconds

Wall squat - 30 seconds

Russian Twists (abs) - 60 seconds

Fast Step up* (right leg) - 30 seconds

Fast Step up (left leg) - 30 seconds

* Use a chair or home stairs (2nd stair up)

COMPLETE 3 - 4 ROUNDS

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

Jump lunges - 60 seconds

Plank push ups (right arm) - 30 seconds

Plank push ups (left arm) - 30 seconds

Rest - 30 seconds

Jumping jacks - 60 seconds

Paper plate knee tuck ins - 60 sec

Tricpe dips - 30 seconds

Rest - 30 seconds

Wall squat - 60 seconds
