Tuesday Homework

I know that some of you use ellipticals, some treadmills, some stationary bikes, and others use the good old fashion outdoors. This workout can be done with ANY of those resources.

SPRINT INTERVALS

Make sure to spend 5 minutes warming up before you start

  • Beginner

  • 20 second sprints: 40 second swift walks - 10 - 15 min total

  • Power walk for the rest of the workout for a total of 30 minutes between your sprints & walks.

  • Intermediate/Advanced:

  • 30 second sprints: 30 second swif twalks - 15 - 25 minutes

  • Power walk for the rest of your workout for a total of 35 minutes between sprints & walks.
