Motivation Monday: 5 Quick Tips for Achieving Your Health Goals


One of the keys to getting in shape and staying in shape is consistency! Here are 5 tips I have for a successful transition to achieving your health goals

1-Set realistic goals both small (ie. drink more water) & big (ie. compete in a fitness contest or run a half marathon)

2-Transform at your own pace. Everyone is different so focus on beating your own ‘best’!

3-Challenge yourself. “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you”

4-Be patient. Just like one bad meal won’t make you fat, one healthy meal won’t make you lean. Be prepared for it to take TIME!

5-Be positive. You will make mistakes. You will stumble, you will fall. But that means you’re trying! Don’t give up!
