Chair squats - 60
Shoelace crunches - 30 seconds
Rest - 30 seconds
Jumping jacks - 60 seconds
Paper plate knee tuck ins - 30 sec
Tricp dips - 30 seconds
Wall squat - 30 seconds
Russian Twists (abs) - 60 seconds

I know that some of you use ellipticals, some treadmills, some stationary bikes, and others use the good old fashion outdoors. This workout can be done with ANY of those resources.
